This new bill would serve as a barrier to Lessors, Lessees, Buyers and Sellers alike further complicating and adding additional costs to the biggest purchase/year(s) long commitments of people’s lives. We at Ashwill Associates oppose California State Assembly Bill 1059 prohibiting dual agency representation in California and urge you to do the same!
